Intern, Equity Sales Support, Institutional Sales and Trading

Job Purpose

• Provide sales support to the Institutional Sales and Trading Department

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in preparing regular market reports and analysis as well as clerical and administrative duties

• Assists in processing and confirming customer transactions

• Assists in maintaining accounts and research lists, and compiles statistical information

• Assists in the resolution of client problems and compliance issues, as well as the preparation and dissemination of research reports

Requirements

• Finance or related discipline(s) from a reputable university

• Internship experience in investment banking is highly preferred

• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
