Duties & Responsibilities:

• To assist in performing data analysis, financial modeling, and market data research works;

• To assist in coordinating and carrying out due diligence activities and documentation work;

• To assist in preparing marketing materials, liaising with clients and to arrange meetings and perform other necessary works to assist the marketing team of the Corporate Finance Department;

• To provide such other assistance as requested by superiors, including deal origination supports;

• Will handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance, Econ., Accounting or other business related discipline;

• Some familiarity with financial markets or corporate finance;

• Strong communication skills;

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
