职位描述:

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned administrative professional to support our company's daily operations and comprehensive administrative affairs. The ideal candidate will leverage their profound understanding of the local business environment and resource network to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality administrative services that meet our diverse business needs.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Assist in establishing and maintaining the company's procurement system. Be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing local suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant processes and costeffectiveness;
• General Administrative Operations: Assist in coordinating daily office administrative affairs, including asset management, facility upkeep, and logistical support, ensuring all operations comply with local regulations and best practices;
• Meetings, Events & Reception: Lead or co-organize company meetings, cultural events, and business receptions. Ability to independently arrange meeting and reception solutions that meet both local and international standards;
• Documentation & Communication: Draft high-quality official documents such as requests, reports, notices, and summaries. Possess fluent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to handle internal and external correspondence effectively;
• Cross-Departmental Coordination & Support: Serve as a core point for administrative support, coordinating internal and external resources, managing emergencies, and handling multiple concurrent tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
• Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Chinese Language, or a related field;
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general administration, procurement, or office management. Must have proven, successful experience managing administrative operations, suppliers, and service procurement within Hong Kong;
• Core Skills:
o Exceptional Chinese documentation skills, with mastery in writing various types of business documents. Proficiency in written English is a strong advantage;
o Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment;
o In-depth familiarity with Hong Kong's business practices, administrative operational procedures, and relevant regulations;
o Strong event planning, organizational coordination, and resource integration skills;
• General Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills. Ability to manage emergencies and multiple tasks effectively;
• Professional Attributes: Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure. Must possess a high degree of service orientation, teamwork spirit, professional ethics, and confidentiality awareness.
