香港券商offer，100% liable 对吗？

拿到一家券商offer，原条款原文是

You will be solely responsible for all bad debts incurred by your clients,if any. You will be 100% liable for loss caused by error trades,negligence on your part and default payment in respect of clients referred by you (i.e. under your AE code), and your liability is extended to cover errors trades which were received and executed on
your behalf by other licensed representatives during your absence from office or being occupied by other matters.
