Position: Analyst / Associate - Corporate Finance Department – Base HK

Responsibilities:

• To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules or Takeovers Code related transactions and compliance advisory projects);

• To fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes;

• To prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations; and

• To communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis;

• Solid corporate finance experience in the execution of IPOs and M&A transactions would be preferred;

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques;

• Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally;

• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; and

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
